Mohamed Belloumi struck twice inside six second-half minutes as Hull City came from behind to draw two-all, 2-2, at Chelsea on Saturday, 12 September.
Morgan Rogers had put the home side ahead after just seven minutes, turning home a pass from Joao Pedro at Stamford Bridge. Hull, set up in a 5-4-1 under manager S. Jakirovic, needed something special to get back into it, and Belloumi provided it.
Belloumi turns it around
The winger levelled in the 28th minute, finishing off a cross from Ryan Giles, then put Hull ahead six minutes later when he converted a pull-back from Oliver McBurnie. For a spell either side of half time, the visitors led at one of the toughest grounds in the Premier League.
Chelsea, playing a 4-2-3-1 under Xabi Alonso, restored parity in the 66th minute through Joao Pedro, who finished a Cole Palmer pass to make it 2-2. Jakirovic responded with a triple change on the hour, sending on Mohamed Ali Cho, Sorba Thomas and Lucas Herrington, but neither side could find a winner.
Cards and chances
Hull picked up five yellow cards to Chelsea's one, with Oliver McBurnie, John Egan, Matt Crooks, Tim Iroegbunam and late substitute Brooke Norton-Cuffy all booked. Chelsea had the bulk of possession at 68 percent and more corners, eleven to four, but Hull matched them for shots, 13 to 12, and their goalkeeper made five saves.

Table and what comes next
The point leaves Hull City third in the Premier League on seven points from three games, sitting two points behind leaders Manchester City. It comes on the back of a run that has produced one win, three draws and one loss in the last five matches, and follows a 1-0 defeat at Sunderland the previous weekend.
